I encourage you to book a free 30-minute discovery call. The purpose of this call is to learn more about you, what goal(s) you want to attain, and what you hope to achieve working with a coach. I will discuss my coaching style, packages, and leave time for any questions you might have.

Mental health counselors and therapists are licensed to treat the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects of mental health and substance use conditions. Whereas, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership." As your coach, I will guide you through intentional steps to move your goals forward and provide tools to help you get unstuck in your life and career.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length.

I meet every week or every other week with clients. This allows for us to build trust and momentum during our sessions.

Most insurances do not pay for coaching. I recommend you call your insurance company and ask them to be sure.

The price will vary depending on the package you select. When we discuss your goal(s) during the discovery call we can further identify which package makes sense for you.
